#38 Export: Additionally provide path and filename as separate columns/data

Sometimes I export the catalog and want to use the file name in e.g. LibreOffice Calc without a macro. This e.g. makes sorting by file names in third party tools possible. At the moment I pipe the cdcat .csv through a python script to get this data.
