Hi! :-)
I think there is a need for providing x64 binaries! :-)
1) At Windows the 32bit bin works, but I think a native x64 bit is a better option.
2) At Linux, things are really worse!
Cdcat compilation is really complicated and I doubt that a regular user can built it from source.
This leaves the user with the only option, to install cdcat from repositories, but repo versions are quite old.
Even for Ubuntu based distros (not to mention the older Debian ones), cdcat comes with the v.1.8 which is very old and I think (although I didn't try) It don't supports well (if at all) Unicode, leaving out at the cold non-Latin users (like myself). :-(
Provided upstream binaries (from here) for Debian - Ubuntu, are obsolete. (They are meant, for older distro releases).
I hope they'll be a solution, because this project is a project, of really great quallity!
Bye! :-)
G.
Note: Wine is not an option in this case, because cdcat has problem displaying non-Latin characters. :-(
