#2 ide-cd Support

Currently, CDBK 0.6.5 does not support ide-cd
'dev=ATAPI:/dev/hdb' style cdrecord'ing. As the 2.6
series kernel becomes more and more common, causing
ide_scsi to become obsolete, this will become an
increasing problem for most people.

CDBK 0.6.5 overrides the setting:
CDSCSI=ATAPI:/dev/hdb
and also performs all scans in pure SCSI mode.
