#5 filenames with minus signs have problems

I have many mp3 files that I want to write to CD-Rs. The problem is
that cdrecord and mkisofs won't accept filenames with minus signs in them
(it will think that those are options). It would be good to pass the filenames with
quotes "filename" to the cdrecord.

filename with ' signs have also problems.
Also filenames with spaces cannot be loaded when
drag&dropped from a konqueror (kde2) window into the
filelist, because the spaces are escaped as "%20".
