#5 No libgtk-1.2.so.0 found

When i installed cday (I tried both the dynamically linked & the static version) and tried to run it, the program gave me the followuing error message:
cdaywx: error while loading shared libraries: libgtk-1.2.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
You know, how to solve this problem?

My system info:

The latest binary package is very old. (I haven't worked on cdaywx in years.) I did a search on Ubuntu's package site[1], and it seems Lucid Lynx doesn't have libgtk1.2 (though older Ubuntu's do).

If you know how to use a C++ compiler, you could recompile cdaywx against the GTK+ and wxWidgets found on Lucid.
