#161 installation CDAT-4.0 help

I tried to install CDAT-4.0 with:
express_install $HOME/CDAT --disable-opendap
--disable-hdf --enable-netcdf-fortran --enable-VTK
--enable-R
CDAT successfully installed
but when I execute cdat ,I get errors (first with
readline,next with rpy):

/home/tytecas=> cdat

/home/tytecas => R RHOME
/home/tytecas/CDAT/R/lib/R

What's wrong in my installation or environment,please?
