#156 cdat on Solaris 9 x86
I've downloaded and installed cdat 4.0 on a Solaris 9
x86 box (Opteron). Before the install I did export
CC="cc-mt".
Installation went fine and I get lots of nice
executables in in cdat/bin directory - nice! Trying to
open up a NetCDF file in cdat I get:
cedar$ cdat

/opt/graphics/cdat/bin/ncdmup -h
/home/andy/n144/tnew.nc works okay so it looks like the
NetCDF is working okay. vcdat displays correctly and
looks as normal but also fails to load this, or any
other, NetCDF or drs file.
Any ideas why cdat/vcdat won't open a file on Solaris x86?
