The CDAO development team met in Las Cruces, NM from July 30 to August 1. During the meeting, developers created a mapping between CDAO and MAO, and worked through the representation of a set of simplified cases of evolutionary transitions, such as a change from one nucleotide to another, or the deletion of a block of nucleotides.
