Brandon and Rutger developed an XSLT script to convert Nexml to CDAO aware rdf, which we used at the Vocamp. The resulting rdf includes each cell in the matrix, specified by TU, Character, and State, so this should be possible, once we solve the previous problem with the XML literals in Phenex Nexml files.
