[Ccxml4j-list] Update to CCXML4J

All,

just checked-in some new software to CCXML4J. Most notably
an example (a very simple example) to how how to connect
a SIP User Agent Server (UAS) to CCXML4J interpreter. This
example is the "shootist/shootme" aas for the JAIN-SIP RI
but the UAS is controlled by CCXML instead of "plain-old Java" :-))

I've included the JAIN-SIP libraries in the CVS, but not yet
updated the ant build.xml file to run the example (I use
Eclipse to do the stuff --- ant follows next time, however
if somebody likes to support with ant I would appreciate it)
