Sounds good to me. I have a feeling that you know more about the organization of the code than I do, but it seems to me that the swf should be in cclib, with the playlist in perhaps templates?
In any case, nice thought. Will be a welcome addition to ccHost. =)

If there's 3rd party code shipping with cchost then yea, it should be
under cclib/package_name/* , and the cchost glue goes in ccextras,
playlist template into cctemplates. If I understand the propsed UI
however then the ccextras code should be called from cc-custom.php
like the stream/podcast buttons so admins of non-audio sites can
easily toggle it off -- and it should NOT have a php extension so it
won't get parsed on every page load.
