Hey,

A couple of ideas:

Web should not allow members to make a reservation that
starts and ends at the exact same time (i.e. begins on
5/11 at noon and ends 5/11 at noon). All this does is
block the car out for an entire 45 minutes (make
believe grace periods) so that other members cannot
make reservations during that time (and no one uses
it). It also allows members to take cars without
reservations (of course, they think they have one).

Also, web should not allow members to make reservations
back in the past.
