#8 ccrypt ps-ccrypt.el + Emacs 30.1

Hi,

Included ps-ccrypt.el on ccrypt version 1.11 fails with GNU Emacs 30.1 with this message:

if: Wrong type argument: obarrayp, [nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil ...]

It works file with older versions of GNU Emacs. This occurs on Slackware, OpenBSD and NetBSD.
