ccruncher 1.7 coming soon

We are working on version 1.7! The most relevant changes are:
- added support for stochastic recoveries
- considered exposure instead of cashflow events
- added support for simple interest and continuous interest rates
- solved minor bugs reported by g++ in ubuntu distro
