#215 Spectrum names not faithfully imported from v2 projects

In assign 3.0.b2, upon importing a v2 project, a few spectrum names are not transferred. No obvious (to me) logic as to why these particular ones. For example, in the attached project it's HNCO and HNCA that are redesignated 1 and 1_1.
