#214 Text layout and updating of Spectrum Group Setup

The text layout of in the Spectrum Group Setup popup obscures some of the text when first opened (see image attached).
The popup has to be closed and reopened after the first Spectrum Group is created in order for the layout to be updated with the dropdown list of groups to appear and the popup to become functional again.
Can a clear functional layout be generated from the start, or the popup directed to redraw after the first group is created?
