#201 Show Sequence problems

Show Sequence has numerous short comings:

• It lacks sequence numbering (NB, do not forget insertion codes and non-sequential numbers)
• It does not update when you make a new chain
• It lacks a close-popup button, and must be closed from the menu
• The SQ shortcut does not work
• It shows chains, not molecules, but it gives the molecule name but not the chain code.
• It gives one-letter codes, which a) only works for standard residues, b) does not give molecule type so you cannot distinguish RNA and DNA, c) leaves non-standard residues unindentifiable.
