#167 Peak Assigner shows only single assignmewnt for multiply assigned peak.

Select a peak known to be multiply assigned from the PeakList view, and open the Peak Assigner. The peak will show as singly assigned. This is really bad, becauase the Peak Assigner ostensibly does show multiple assignments. See comments to corresponding PeakList bug for further comments.

    Retired. This was an error in the NEF reader, not in the Peak Assigner.
