Integral lists aren't in the side-bar. How should we display them, and where do we put the <new>?</new>

They are in the sidebar now. New ones are put at the bottom, but after refresh the sidebar sorts PeakLists, then IntegralLists (which matches the behaviour in other parts of the sidebar).

<new> requires a refatoring, since the current system is based on each parent having only one kind of child.</new>
