Install ccplot

Dear sir:

I tried to install ccplot on windows7. I have installed the Anaconda 32-bit (Python 2.7 version) and the basemap successfully. But when I installed ccplot with the windows installer, it showd python2.7 cloudn't be found. I have checked the Python2.7 runs well. Cloud you point out the possible problem?
