it looks like the package *libhdf4-dev* is not being found. Can you paste
where the installation of this is? Head over to the terminal and type *dpkg
-L libhdf4-dev*

If the package is not installed, install it and attempt to run again.
However there is a possibility you have the package installed, but the
setup.py list is not exhaustive and won't find it. In that case if you
email back where the package files are located I can help you point
setup.py to that location.
