Thanks for the new version, now the compare and the
file create is ok.
I have 3 file of 3.2 Gb, I use 16K and CRC32 to
calculate checksum, the program will find the part OK.
I write the output file correctly, but if i retest
the 4th file (created with program) with other 3, it
should be perfecly green, but this not happens. the
program found new error respect the other file (the 3
old file are identical but the new created file is
not correct)
Thanks for your patience
Best Regards
Stefano

Can you reproduce the problem or did it happen only once?
Have you tried if using a different part size or algorithm
makes any difference? If you can reproduce the problem,
start the program from command line (java -jar CCorr.jar),
save the command line output to a text file and upload it here.

One reason for getting corrupted files can be faulty
hardware. If the memory, hard drive or cables have problems,
the data that goes through them can become corrupted. The
memory can be tested with Memtest86. For testing hard
drives, search Google for hard drive test (and tell me if
you find a good program).
