Sorry for the delay. Basically at the moment all the variables are =
contained within a revision point. After modifying variables you need to =
rerun all affected models. I am still quite busy work wise but if my =
first week at Uni hasn't too many hours of lectures I may be able to write =
some better notes.

more info. My main sticking point at the moment is understanding what =
parts
of the required calculations are implemented in the model package and also
how I can interface the graphs with these to change graphs on the fly, in
response to users changing settings.
