[ccmtools-devel] WX::Utils and CCMException

Hi all!

I have changed the ccmtools to use the WX::Utils package instead of 
CCM_Utils. Additionally, I have added LocalComponents::CCMException to 
user defined method signatures.
Thus, LocalComponents::CCMException can act as base exception for OCL 
exceptions.

The test/CppGenerator tests are running as well as all test/ocl test 
cases. If you find a bug - please let me know...
