[ccmtools-devel] design by contract

Hello!

The OCL code generator, which creates 'design by contract' components,
is now ready to work. Under "ccmtools/test/ocl" you will find some
examples, which shows how to use it. Some examples have a performance
test included - they will take a few minutes to run.

I changed "ccmtools/CppGenerator/CppLocalTestTemplates/MComponentDef"
in a way that it is now much easier to use DbC-components.
You only have to define "CCM_USE_DBC".

If you find any errors, please post them to the mailing-list.
