[ccmtools-devel] Confix 1.3.pre11

Hi,

I just made another Confix 1.3 prerelease. No great changes, except
that you can now add files to the EXTRA_DIST variables in the
Makefile.am of the package and module, by using the respective
EXTRA_DIST() functions. I also documented these (:-), see the function
index of the manual.
