[cclib-users] Release 1.7.1

Hello everyone,

It's my pleasure to let you know that we recently released v1.7.1 of cclib.
The main improvements this time around were one new parser (formatted
checkpoint files) and a few new attributes (related NMR chemical shielding
tensors).
