[cclib-devel] Closing GSOC2018 project

Hi,

I'm going to close the GSOC2018 project in a few days:

I cleaned up all the hanging PRs. There's only some notes left by Eric,
which I'm not sure are actionable right now. Eric, if they are, could you
please create issues for them, since that's the main way we've been
tracking work?

I don't think the project thingy worked that well during the summer,
really. Still, it was good to try.
