[cclib-devel] New release?

Hey everyone,

I was thinking about getting out a release. It's high time. There's a
couple of patches that users supplied in the last year, but I know
that if I delay to include them, the release will be pushed back a few
months.

So I suggest a release now. Then try to integrate the patches, and
release again.

Any thoughts?
