Since numpy is ported to Python 3, it would be nice to see the Python 3 version of cclib.

In any case, let me say that we already have ported cclib to Python 3. If
you are familiar with svn, it's on the Python3 branch (see
http://cclib.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/cclib/branches/).
