Category: Parsers Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Karol Langner (langner) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Suppport for parsing multiple files. Initial Comment: Many computational chemistry programs print output across multiple files (most notably GAMESS, Molpro, Turbomole). Parsing more than one can provide better data (more precision) and in some cases is necessary. Concatenating files is a solution, but it should also be possible to pass multipole file names to parsers and utility scripts. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Karol Langner (langner) Date: 2007-08-03 23:27 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1558070 Originator: YES When parsing multiple files, the possible repetition of the same data across files must be taken under consideration. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=819225&aid=1767367&group_id=161285 |
