Looking at the boxes not ticked on the "development parsed data", I would say it needs some more work - for example, it's currently not usable by GaussSum or PyMOlyze. If you can create the input files, I can do some of this. I'm pretty busy at the moment, and haven't had a chance to really catch up with what you have been doing, but we should start thinking about what's going to be in the next release and start focussing on this...
