The only tests left to pass are those involving coreelectrons (because
of tests I've added today basically). We need

(1) a test file for GAMESS-US and/or PC-GAMESS, and then code for it
(2) code for GAMESS-UK
(3) bug fix for ADF (I presume it's a bug)

To be practical, I think I'll have to make a release of cclib 0.7b
this weekend, or it'll be put off for too long. When I come back I'll
make the final release.
