Well, ah, you know...how about "when it's ready"? :-) I'd like to see a working CDA and electron density in the next release, as I think it's about time we had a good portfolio of algorithms. I'd estimate the next release will take place at the end of March. However, the point of cclib is not to create more deadlines and pressure on us, so this date can move in any direction. Let's put up on the wiki a list of things to do for the next release, and things to do after that.
