[cclib-devel] Storage of real-life data files

According to sourceforge (
https://sourceforge.net/support/tracker.php?aid=1555268), our very large
data files should be stored in project web space. Once I get time (!!) I
will look into this. Presumably we will need a script to download these
files into our directory structure (e.g. using something like wget) from a
web accessible location, but that won't be rocket science.

I think this will simplify matters considerably.
