Good question. Sourceforge has a file release system that
is in my mind ideal for this kind of thing, but it's not clear how we
should interact with whn about that. The alternative is to give the
deb and deb-src lines, which have the disadvantage of not being
one-click links but have the advantage of needing very little
maintainence. Or we could just say
"http://www-jcsu.jesus.cam.ac.uk/ftp/pub/debian/lisp/binary-i386/" (or
its sourceforge equivalent) and let the link follower work out that
(s)he needs one more click.

If no-one has any strong views, I suggest deb and deb-src text
(optionally with hyperlinked URL) and a link to cclan.sourceforge.net.
