The alternative is to give the deb and deb-src lines, which have the disadvantage of not being one-click links but have the advantage of needing very little maintainence. Or we could just say "http://www-jcsu.jesus.cam.ac.uk/ftp/pub/debian/lisp/binary-i386/" (or its sourceforge equivalent) and let the link follower work out that (s)he needs one more click. If no-one has any strong views, I suggest deb and deb-src text (optionally with hyperlinked URL) and a link to cclan.sourceforge.net.
