The sbcl-compiler is extremely chatty with
style-warnings during install and it shows
the huge splash-screen several times. Maybe the
sbcl-script for clc should not be so excessively
chatty and turn off printing of style-warnings and
splash-screens?
The next version (probably 0.6.12.32-1) will lose the splash
screen.
It already calls OOS with :VERBOSE NIL, so I'm unmotivated
to tangle with defsystem enough to find why that isn't
sufficient to disable style-warnings

This is so incredibly annoying so I've up'ed the
priority as a selfish gesture. Please see the
cmucl-*.sh scripts for extra verbosity-flags to
turn off.
