Just upgraded from version 0.74 to 0.79 using Windows binaries only, not
self-installer.

Now the preview windows doesn't show the subtitles as they are being
extracted. Maybe I missed something in the configuration, but just dropping
it in on top of the previous files seemed to change the behavior of the
preview.
