#14 H.264 Closed Caption garbled text

We were using ccextractor to decode Closed Caption(CC) from a MPEG2 Transport stream with H.264 encoding. The text looks like garbled: it seems all the characters are there, but just organized in the wrong order. I attached the debug output log. If you want, I can also upload the video clips.
