#79 broken link in forum sub email

The link forum subscription emails is broken in 2.2

Replace /modules/fourm/forum.inc.php with the patched
file.

Once file is replaces go into 'Server Admin' Languages -
'English International'. Then select the forum strings, and
change the new subscribed post string from

<p>There is a new post in a forum that you are subscribed to
in %s - %s</p><p><a href="%s">%s</a></p>';

to

<p>There is a new post in a forum that you are subscribed to
in %s - %s</p> <p><a href="%s">%s</a></p>

and click 'Modify'
