I just moved all the source code of the CCC Framework (pre-release) to the CVS to be able to collaborate with my colleagues. There is no documentation yet - it will be available for the release in summer 2008.
We plan to release the first version of the CCC Framework in summer 2008. It is briefly described in the GCC Summit publication (MILEPOST GCC - machine learning based research compiler). We plan to present this work at the GCC Summit in Ottawa, Canada in June 2008 and will be happy to discuss further R&D ...
Hi all,
A patch for an important part of this project - a run-time adaptation technique, is available at the UNIDAPT site (http://unidapt.sourceforge.net). This preliminary work will be presented at the GCC Summit (http://www.gccsummit.org/2007) in Ottawa in July. Our paper "Practical Run-time Adaptation with Procedure Cloning to Enable Continuous Collective Compilation" is available here: http://unidapt.sourceforge.net/papers/fmpp2007.pdf
Cheers,
Grigori
I gave a talk "Continuous run-time adaptation and optimization of statically compiled programs" at UPC (Barcelona, Spain, January 2007) that is a vital part of my Continuous Optimization Framework.
