1) Ensure you have followed the steps in the help, "Creating a Datasource". Make sure your datasource is not Read Only.
2) Make sure you have followed the steps in the help "Storing Data Points for The Looking Glass™".
You will get an error message similar to this, if you have not saved LG data. {ODBC Excel Driver] the Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object LookingGlassData.
3) Your database must not be open in memory at the time you try to use The Looking Glass™ features. For example, if you are using an Excel datasource, quit from Excel before storing data points or creating The Looking Glass™ report.
4) Excel 2000 or newer is required.
