The first build of CC-Config version 1.8.1 includes some improvements made by MSOE students. The most significant changes include the following:
Configuration
* Refactored ConfigurationFileMapper class and added missing labelincrementers.
* Added unit tests for wizard and new project creation.
Monitoring
* Resolved Column Switching bug found on Server Overview Panel.
Future builds of 1.8.1 may be released if any small defects are reported and fixed. However, the majority of CC-Config development time is being spent on the newer version 2.0 which already contains major changes. Our main goal is to dynamically populate plugin elements and documentation directly from the CruiseControl server rather than relying on other, possibly out-of-date, sources.
The final release of the 1.7 codebase has been tested and ready to go.

A new build was released today. The release was concentrated on configuration enhancements, but some changes have been made to montitoring as well.
Configuration
* Display properties with their own icon and use the name attribute to display in tree.
* Better GUI Support for templates.
- Plugins that match other element names now display inside of that element's panel.
- Plugins with cruise project class will be displayed in editor for a project.
- Projects using plugin template will be editable in project editor.

The first of the 1.6 stream has been released for "beta" use.
Enhancements include:
* Added ability to invoke build on specific ant target.
* Added ability open build results page in browser.
* More icons in toolbar for server configuration.
* Better sorting of build status and dates.
* Caching of help html to speed up configuration.
* Remove signing .dll and .so files when creating deployable .war install.
The final release of the 1.5 line of the cc-config tool has been released.
Included Fixes:
- Fixed updating of project name in the tree.
- Removed retry code on server connnection so that there are less delays if configured wrong or server not there on startup.
The second build for the 1.5 code-base has been released. The focus was on fixing bugs found in build 1 as well as getting all the attributes and elements caught up to the lastest documented features of cruisecontrol.

I have released a new build of the cc-config tool. The focus was on improving the monitoring capabilities and interface.

This is the first version of the 1.4 line and includes the following features/enhancements/fixes:
* Use project names from rmi server instead of from config file to avoid name substitution issues (Bug 1432348)
* Support for modifying number of threads
* Updates to support new elements that have recently been added (listeners, publishers, etc)
* First cut at shortcuts
* Added shading to icons
* Add tab for listeners and support for all listener types.
* Ability to select columns to show in project monitoring table
* Set the minimum size for the main windows to prevent losing them
* Fix flashing system menu options when can't connect to one server
* Fix overlap issue with Log tab.
* Editing raw xml file wasn't saving the changes
* Help html doesn't position properly on first page of wizard. Workaround is to press next, then previous buttons to get the page to position properly. (Bug 1265871)

The final build of the 1.3 version of the Cruisecontrol admin tool has been released. With this release, version 1.3 has been moved out of beta into the release stream on the Webstart download from the home page.
This release contains a few bug fixes that were found in build 2.

A new version of the Cruisecontrol monitoring and configuration tool has been released. This is the second build of the 1.3 line.
This release contains a few things that were missing from build 1 as well as several bug fixes.
Other than bugs that may be found, this will be the last of the 1.3 lineage. Version 1.4 will be kicked off soon.

The next installment of the swing cruisecontrol configuration/monitoring client has been released.
There have been several enhancements to the configuration page including tabbed interface for configuring top level elements as well as the ability to size the help window.
On the monitoring side, you are now able to change the status of multiple projects.
