The explorer view of the cruise configuration allows
copy and paste actions.
It would be appropriate to allow smart copy and paste
of entire projects, such that the application prompts
the user (wizard style) for unique name and project
path information, but retains all other configuration
in the project.
The purpose would be to make use of a project template
to add new projects to existing configuration. Project
templates is a frequently requested cruise feature
which spawned this wiki page -

If there is an intention to disallow misconfiguration
of the config file via the UI, then it makes sense to
at least ensure that the project names are unique.
