#2 Request submission available from UI

While working with the UI, I had thought of an
enhancement (the build output on the UI). I checked
the UI to see if it would have an option to submit a
feature/bug fix request. No such option existed. Just
a thought. Maybe have a request system in the UI that
could submit to this forum or the email list, etc.
