#9 Passing bad filename to cscope under cygwin

Trying to use cbrowser under cygwin results in an
infinite loop with a 100% CPU usage after attempting
any search.

The cause seems to be that cbrowser passes the wrong
name to cscope because of the backslashes. E.g., for
the file C:\recover.cpp, it passes C:<line-
feed>ecover.cpp to cscope.exe.

I found no way to make cbrowser pass the local path
(simply recover.cpp) to cscope.

Since cscope is also compiled under cygwin, something
akin to /c/recover.cpp should be passed, using some
POSIX command to find the full path.
