#4 Search for text & egrep functions broken with cscope 15.5

We used to run version 15.0BL2 of cscope and then we
decided to upgrade to 15.5. Everything with cscope
works fine but now cbrowser refuses to search text or
egrep. It always returns 0 matches even though, with
the same database, cscope finds the same strings.

My bad! It turns out cbrowser calls cscope directly and our
paths were still pointing to the old cscope version. Sorry.
