If my system boots on kernel 2.4.18 (RH 8.0) cbq.init
v0.7.2 works excellent, script is checking configs
with "timecheck" option from cron and the bandwidth is
different in some hours. It looks like everything is OK.
When I run my system on kernels > 2.4.18 (20, 21, 22),
the "timecheck" option is not working, but the bandwidth
is cut staticly, TIME is ignored. I recompiled kernels with
most networking options, modules are loaded properly,
everything works, except "timecheck".

I have the same problem too.
Linux RedHat 9.0 Kernel 2.4.20-8smp works excellent.
When I run my system on compiled kernels 2.4.25smp
the "timecheck" option is not working!

In /var/cache/cbq.init speed not change too, when I do
    timecheck.

If I do timecheck from Cron I get "/sbin/cbq: line 1: tc:
command not found" but on kernel 2.4.20-8smp all ok.

    What the trouble?
