How do i get this problem cleared, i install the CBQ on
my Network system, it ran very well, but i cant see the
GUI interface to know the rate of Bandwidth available.
What can i do to see the GUI of the CBQ.

As a Web GUI you could use WebCBQ Bandwidth Manager.
