#3 alter "reset" variable of kernel module

The "reset" variable now sets the timeout after a reset
cmd. By setting this to "0" no timeout is made and thus
applications using the kernel module don't (uselessly)
block anymore.

    This patch will NOT be included in 0.4.0.

    The reset logic will be changed in 0.4.0: The reset is
    delayed until all drives report "I am ready".
